Situted at just 2 km from Montepulciano, the Villa Poggiano is immersed in a wonderful 6 acres park, on the beautiful Tuscan hills of the Val d'Orcia. The ancient villa dating from '700 has come back to its magnificence of the past thanks to the careful restoration work by the current owners, who today welcome their guests in an exclusive atmosphere.

The villa disposes of large parks and gardens with stunning views over the Val d'Orcia, just a few minutes from the medieval town of Montepulciano, and also of an outdoor swimming pool, ideal for relaxing in close contact with nature: a true oasis of tranquility.

Some of the villa's rooms are located in the central building and some in the dependance, and all are decorated with original elegant and refined furnishings and equipped with free WiFi Internet access.

The Villa Poggiano offers a delicious breakfast which is served every morning until 11.00 am with cakes, biscuits and pastry, prepared by the property's chef. Breakfast also includes a wide selection of meats and cheeses, depending on the season.
The strategic position of Villa Poggiano will also enable guests to benefit from many day trips, for example to Siena, Perugia and Assisi, or to other small towns such as Montepulciano, Monticchiello, Montalcino, Cortona and Pienza.
